| CME-CPD Credits |
The congress will be applied for the European CME Credits (ECMEC) by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). Further information will be published onwards. |
| Letter of Confirmation or Visa | A letter of confirmation / visa invitation can be generated via the congress registration system after completing the registration. This letter will be sent solely to assist participants in obtaining leave from their institutions. |
| Visa Information | It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to take care of any visa requirements. Participants who require an entry visa must foresee sufficient time for the visa application procedure. | Certificate of Attendance |
Certificate of attendance will be provided to the all registered participants of the congress. |
| Name Badges |
All participants and exhibitors will be provided a name badge upon arrival at the congress venue, which must be worn visibly during the entire congress in all areas. The name badges are produced for the fully-paid registrations and for personal use, please do not transfer badges to other persons. |
| General Meeting of ESGE Members | Assembly of ESGE members will be organized in the Room 5 (Emirgan 2) on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025, 08:30 - 09:00. |
| Programme Changes |
Congress scientific programme is continuously updated due to some organizational, personal or obligatory reasons and some last-minute changes could also occur. The scientific programme will be simultaneously updated on the congress website and on the congress app. The congress scientific organizer or organization secretariat accepts no liability for any additional expenses or inconvenience caused by the programme changes. |
| Availability of Seats |
According the format and flow of the scientific programme, sufficient number of parallel halls of different sizes and capacity will be allocated for congress participants. Please pay attention to be in time for the sessions you are willing to follow as some sessions with high interest can be overfilled. |
| Welcome Reception | The Welcome Reception will take place in the industry exhibition area on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 17:30 directly after the end of the sessions |
| Coffee & Lunch Breaks |
Coffee breaks and lunches are included in the registration fees and will be served in the industry exhibition area. The timing of the breaks will be announced in the congress programme and please be aware that there could be some delays or time changes due to the flow of the scientific programme. |

| Cloakroom |
A cloakroom will be provided for all delegates during the official congress opening hours. Any items left there are the sole responsibility of the individual and the organizer cannot be held responsible for any loss of personal goods or items. |
